FEMINIST ACTIVISM

Women face underrepresentation across all aspects of their lives -- in voting booths, conference rooms, and classrooms. There's significant work to be done: less than 25% of global parliamentarians are women, with the representation of young women even smaller. Part of our mission includes highlighting female leaders' present work, connecting women who are currently holding leadership positions, and advocating for equitable female representation across industries. Through advancing financial literacy education for women, encouraging increased female political representation, and working to close existing C-suite gender gaps, CWL aims to illustrate that a women's role is anywhere she sets her sights on.
